Properties of polycarnate solid sheet

Transparency: Transparent sheet has a excellent light transmission and glossiness. The light transmission of transparent solid sheet could reach As 90%

Fire proof: Tested by China National Centre for Quality Supervision & Testing of fire resistant building materials, each behaviour of GOODLIFE sheet has been rated ClassB1 according to the standard of GB8624-1997.

Chemical resistance: Polycarbonate sheets are generally not recommended for use with acetone, ketenes, ethers and aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons in addition to aqueous or alcoholic alkaline solution, ammonia gas and its solution and amines.

Easy process and installation: Polycarbonate sheet could be cut by hands and cold bent. Solid polycarbonate sheet could be also with thermal process and very good performance on thermal forming. SUPERIS polycarbonate sheet could be bent and cut by hands mostly, and it wont crack with sharp granule to hurt workers and children. Most simple installation can be completed by hand working, no extra machine.

Light weight: The weight of SUPERIS polycarbonate sheet is only 1/12 of glass in the same thickness. Due to its light weight and excellent impact strength, the installation cost can be cut down as half.

Service temperature: Polycarbonate sheet is suitable for extreme weather and could work as well under 40 upon 120. It will be cracked under the temperature of -100 and could be soften upon 146.
